Here is a quick description and cover image of book Deadlocked: A Sookie Stackhouse Novel (Sookie Stackhouse True Blood Book 12) written by Charlaine Harris which was published in May 1, 2012. However, it was nice and simple but also easy to understand.Brief Summary of Book: Deadlocked: A Sookie Stackhouse Novel (Sookie Stackhouse True Blood Book 12) by Charlaine Harris The story would have been more enjoyable if they had a more in-depth look on the rest of the characters. It was too predictable after the first 20 pages. The book was too focused on Owen, a skilled rugby player with a captain’s attitude, getting the captaincy in their Final game. This was an enjoyable book and I definitely recommend it for Intermediate students. It would be Jesse’s daily ritual to find ways to amuse himself whenever he was bored. After advancing to the final, the Borderlands await to see who will compete with them at Eden Park, then Jesse will get up to his usual ‘time to amuse myself’ tricks. The Borderlands then defeat an Australian School in the Semi’s (1st Round). The School arrive in New Zealand and are welcomed by the Students of Auckland Grammar, Owen has the urging question of wether Auckland Grammar will perform the Haka which he wanted to see so badly while Jesse despised it, calling it disrespectful and disgraceful along with another staff member. Owen always found it a struggle to read the entire book which became a huge worry when receiving the book.

Owen is handed a book by Miss Evans (a teacher Owen has a “friend-like” relationship with), named Calon. As they leave, most of the students have parents who just returned to Wales after serving for Wales in Central Asia. Johnson (Strict, Tough Coach), Rory and Woody (Owen’s Closest Friends). The Characters involved are Owen (a respectful young gentlemen), Jesse (The Cocky, Arrogant, Disloyal Captain of the side), Mr. This novel was about a Welsh School, The Borderlands, travelling to New Zealand for a Secondary School tournament.
